  1. The decision making process is followed in terms of the provisions of Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952 and the directions issued from time to time in this behalf.

The norms set by it for the discharge of its functions.

  1. The functions of High Court are discharged in accordance with Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952 and various Other Rules constituted for the purpose. All functions are discharged under the supervision of Hon'ble The Chief Justice/ Committees / Hon'ble Judges / Registrar General as per assignment of functions. Issues are dealt with on priority basis and expeditiously.
  2. Norms for standard of work by Subordinate Courts are governed by No. Gen./XV/77/2015/5090 Dated 22.11.2021 and various administrative Standing Orders and Permanent Instructions issued from time to time.

  1. Records of pending and disposed of cases and Registers connected thereto.
  2. Records of Administrative Matters.

  1. All Judgments/Judicial Orders are available in digital form on website and mobile application at relevant links.
  2. Cause List, Case status, Filing/Defect Status of cases before Principal seat Jodhpur and Bench at Jaipur are available on website and mobile application at relevant links.
  3. Administrartive Setup, Administrative Orders, Relevant Rules, Officers Leave Orders, Latest Updates, Tenders etc. are available on website at relevant links.
  4. Digitization work of all disposed cases upto 2015 is in progress.

The particulars of facilities available to citizens for obtaining information, including the working hours of a library or reading room, if maintained for public use.

  1. Certified copies of Orders/Judgements of High Court are available through Copying Section.
  2. Public can directly access touch screen kiosk facility of High Court for information on status of cases filed at the High Court
  3. Public can access the multiple parameter search and free text search facility on the High Court website and mobile application to gain information about pending/disposed cases.
  4. Digital display system has been installed in each court room,corridors and prominent places to provide status of ongoing cases in the Court Rooms.
  5. Information on other matters can be obtained from the Public Information Officer under provisions of RTI Act 2005.
  6. No Library is maintained for public use.
