INTRODUCTION
Rajasthan High Court has framed Rajasthan High Court (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2014 to prescribe the constitution of Gender Sensitization & Internal Complaints Committee (GSICC) and to regulate the procedure of dealing the complaints of sexual harassment of women at workplace against the Hon'ble Judges, Judicial officers / employees and Advocates, Litigants for the Rajasthan High Court precincts at Jodhpur and Jaipur Bench.
At present, the Gender Sensitization & Internal Complaint Committee (GSICC) for the Hon'ble Rajasthan High Court precincts at Jodhpur & Jaipur Bench for the matters pertaining to Hon'ble Judges, Judicial Officers, Advocates, Litigants and Staff is as under:-
