Born to Smt. Parmeshwari and Shri Ramchandra Soni, an eminent Businessman of the area. Completed schooling from native town.

Graduated in Commerce and obtained LL.B. Degree from Campus Law faculty of Jai Narayan Vyas University, Jodhpur.

After being inducted into Rajasthan Judicial Service, his Lordship served as a Civil Judge and later as a Senior Civil Judge in various locations. Thereafter served as the Chief Judicial Magistrate at Ajmer.

After promotion into regular District Judge Cadre in the year 2010, worked as Additional District and Sessions Judge at Bharatpur, Jaipur City, Jodhpur, Nathdwara and Udaipur.

Designated as District & Sessions Judge and rendered services as Presiding Officer of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Udaipur and at Rajsamand. Also posted as Registrar (Administration) at the Principal Seat of Rajasthan High Court at Jodhpur.

Remained Principal District and Sessions Judge of Dungarpur, Sirohi, Jalore, Udaipur and Kota Judgeships prior to elevation.

Sworn in as a Judge of the Rajasthan High Court on January 16, 2023.
