Enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council of Rajasthan in the year 1993. Since 1993 practiced as an Advocate in Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur, various Tribunals and other Judicial Forums within the State of Rajasthan. Conferred the distinction of Senior Advocate by Hon’ble High Court of Rajasthan. In a career span of almost three decades practiced mainly in the areas of Constitutional Law, Service & Industrial Laws, Company & Insurance Law, Municipal & Panchayat Laws, Electricity & Agrarian Laws as well as Contractual, Banking, Infrastructure, Corporate and Arbitration Laws and also matters of Civil and Criminal nature. Spearheaded various Public Interest Litigations on pro bono basis. Assisted Hon’ble High Court in various matters of larger public importance as Amicus Curiae. Presided over as Member in many National Lok Adalats and contributed for settlement of the disputes in spirit of ‘Lok Adalat’. In addition to private clientele, represented Union of India, many other Semi- Government & private organizations and institutions as their Standing Counsel. Remained as Central Government Counsel from December, 2004 to December, 2014. Represented ‘Rajasthan High Court’ before Hon’ble High Court as a Panel Lawyer. Remained as Panel Lawyer for Ayurved Department & Labour Department, various Educational institutions and Universities for the State of Rajasthan. Represented National Council for Teachers Education (NCTE) and Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur, Electricity Companies of State of Rajasthan viz., Ajmer Vidhyut Vitaran Nigam Limited (AVVNL) & Jodhpur Vidhyut Vitaran Nigam Limited (JDVVNL) as well as Insurance Companies like National Insurance Company Ltd. & IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Company.

Being an active member of the Bar, elected as General Secretary of the Rajasthan High Court Advocates’ Association, and was unanimously elected as the President of Rajasthan High Court Lawyers’ Association in the year 2015 and represented the Bar in the said capacity. Led the Law Society Rajasthan, Jodhpur as Convener and an active Member of The Indian Law Institute, Rajasthan Chapter.
