Justice Bhuwan Goyal was appointed as a Judicial Officer in the year 1992.

His Lordship was promoted as Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) in the year 2000, CJM in the year 2003, ADJ (Fast Track) in the year 2004, regular ADJ in the year 2010 & was accorded District Judge Cadre in the year 2013.

In the phase of Judicial Service, His Lordship has remained posted on various responsible positions viz.-

(2) Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jaipur & Bharatpur
(3) Registrar, State Commission, Consumer Protection, Jaipur.
(4) Judge, Special Court, Communal Riots, Tonk
(5) Registrar(Administration),Rajasthan High Court, Bench, Jaipur
(6) Registrar-cum-Principal Private Secretary to Hon’ble The Chief Justice, Rajasthan High Court
(7) District and Sessions Judge, Merta City & Udaipur
(8) Chairman, Rajasthan State Cooperative Tribunal, Jaipur
(9) Director (Law), Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur.
(10)Principal Secretary to Government, Law and Legal Affairs Department-cum-Legal Remembrancer, Jaipur.

During the long span of 30 years as a Judicial Officer, His Lordship conducted trials of variety of civil, criminal, matrimonial, motor accident claim cases, election petitions, cooperative & rent matters etc. and also decided number of Civil / Criminal Appeals & Revisions in exercise of appellate jurisdiction.

His Lordship is also having a vast experience in management / administration, Human Resources, Finance (Budget & Expenditure), Infrastructure, Logistic and Vigilance
