Right after being enrolled with the Bar, he was formally initiated into the hallowed legal practice by Senior Advocate Late Shri Sajjan Raj Surana in the year 1995 under his personal tutelage and guidance. In the year 1999, he started practising independently and since then have been advocating Criminal, Civil, Labour, Matrimonial and Constitutional matters before the Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench and various other Courts and Tribunals. He has been fortunate to reach a personal milestone of filing more than 10,000 cases before the Rajasthan High Court at Jaipur Bench over the last 27 years. He was elected as a President of the Rajasthan High Court Bar Association, Jaipur for the year 2018-19 and has also rendered services under the Pro Bono Scheme for the welfare of the litigants from the poorest and least privileged sections of society. During this tenure, he collected relief material for the victims of the 2019 Kerala Floods. Also presented a cheque of Rs.2,31,000/- on behalf of the Bar Association to the then Chief Minister of Rajasthan Smt. Vasundhara Raje as a humble contribution to the Chief Minister's Kerala Relief Fund. In terms of social issues, a Blood Donation Camp in remembrance of Pulwama Martyrs was held, with 111 units of blood collected.

Also raised before the High Court the vexatious issue of public/political gatherings being routinely held near the Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench and the State Assembly premises for appropriate directions to be issued in that regard. Argued a landmark case related to labourers invoking the beneficial legislation under Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. The matter was referred to the Larger Bench for settling the law in the matter, the Bench eventually ruled in the petitioner- labourers' favour.

Dealt extensively with cases of Police Atrocities and the Hon'ble Court treated such cases with highest priority and urgency, and appropriate directions were given to the CBI to take up the cases and complete the investigation expeditiously. Some of the cases travelled upto the Hon'ble Apex Court, which graciously upheld the orders passed by the Rajasthan High Court.
