GENERAL INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
Participating officers are requested to bring two passport size photographs along with ID card.
Due to accommodation constraint, stay arrangements of participants are made on twin sharing basis and their request to accompany spouse/children will not be honoured.
Breakfast and meals shall be served at Venue only. Extra service/ request including room service (except water bottle and tea/coffee bags) shall be charged extra personally from the participants.
Participating officers staying at any place other than the Venue will have to arrange their own transportation.
Stay arrangement will be provided at The Gateway Hotel, Banar Road, Jodhpur from 14.05.2015 (from 12.00 noon onwards) upto lunch of 17.05.2015.
The programme will over after lunch on 17.05.2015. Kindly make arrangements of return journey by evening of 17.05.2015.
Participating officers desirous of over staying after 5 P.M. of 17.05.2015 will have to make their own arrangements. We may help them in getting accommodation on payment.
Kindly intimate your travel plan by e-mail at email@example.com or by Fax 0291-2546974 as early as possible. Also kindly secure reservation for your return journey from the place of posting before departure to avoid any inconvenience.
To and fro facility from Airport/Railway Station/Bus Stand to the Venue will be arranged as per travel plan of participating officer.
Attendants will be available with pla-cards at Airport/Railway Station/Bus Stand.
Participating Officers travelling by Train are requested to contact at ACJM Court (Railway) located at Platform No. 1 at Railway Station Jodhpur Junction (0291-2649351).
Officers coming by Air/ Road may contact on any number mentioned in contact details/ help line to avoid any inconvenience.

Report in time in Conference Hall during all the sessions.
Report in time for group photograph, announced during the programme. Group Photograph will be provided to all the participants on the day of departure.
Kindly download the Personal Information Sheet given in this website and submit the duly filled sheet at the time of registration/reporting to avoid any inconvenience.
