Various Articles on Tax Laws Published in Law Journals. Was Chief Editor of 'Sales Tax Literature' During 1986-1990. Article on 'Child Education & Poverty' giving suggestions for compulsory Military Training to youth of the country, acknowledged & appreciated by the then President of India A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. Paper on 'Constitutional Features & Indian Democracy' published in 2013 by Korea Legal Research Institute in their Global Issues. In an International Tax Conference organized by International Association of Tax Judges contributed a Paper on 'Transfer Pricing' at Amsterdam, Holland on 31st August, 2013. Participated in Judges Seminar as Panelist in the IFA Congress at Basel on 3rd September, 2015 & contributed Paper on 'Practical Protection of Tax Payers in the Litigation Process'. Addressed the Congress of IATJ at Luzern on 5th September, 2015 on 'Judicial Ethics in Social Networking'. |
